Webitech minimizes stored personal data. Audit anti-spam uses short-lived pseudonymous hashes rather than publishing visitor IP addresses. Contact form messages are sent to the configured portal email and are not stored in the Webitech audit database.

Webitech also keeps lightweight first-party aggregate traffic statistics: total visits, page views, approximate online presence and an aggregate country code when a country signal is available. Raw IP addresses are not stored; only a short-lived pseudonymous hash is used to distinguish a visit and current online presence.

Free mini tools use anti-abuse controls and a short technical cache. The Social Footprint Checker analyses only public links and machine-readable signals exposed by the tested website; Webitech does not log in to social networks or store social-profile content.

For the “FULL audit free” promotion, Webitech stores the submitted e-mail and public post URL only for manual verification and delivery of the promo code. Once the issued seven-day code expires, the request, e-mail and URL are automatically deleted and are not archived.

When a paid FULL report is ordered, Webitech stores the order identifier, audit relation, amount, currency, checkout e-mail, GoPay payment identifier, payment state and timestamps needed to provide and document the digital content. Payment-card data are handled by GoPay and are not stored by Webitech.

CZ company data may use public ARES data only when relevant to the assessment; the portal should provide a correction/contact route if data are inaccurate.
